Customize Your Project Assessment
1. Mold Design & Analysis
After receiving a project, we design and analyze molds using SolidWorks, CATIA, and Moldflow to simulate part flow, cooling, and structure for optimal performance.
2. Mold Material Selection
We select durable, heat-resistant materials such as P20, H13, or S136 to ensure long mold life and consistent part quality.
3. Precision Mold Machining
Our team performs precision machining using CNC milling, EDM, and surface grinding. Each part is machined to exact specifications with smooth finishes and tight tolerances.
4. Mold Assembly & Debugging
All components are precisely assembled for smooth, stable mold operation. Trial molding and calibration ensure optimal performance before the mold is approved for mass production.
5. Trial Molding & Optimization
We conduct trial runs under real production conditions. Engineers optimize gate design, cooling channels, ejector system, and cycle times to achieve consistent part quality and improve production efficiency.
4. Mold Assembly & Debugging
