Hot tip sleeves maintain consistent gate temperature to prevent material freezing while withstanding continuous exposure to molten plastics at pressures exceeding 30,000 psi.
Their custom-designed geometries – including tapered tips, cooling channels, and special surface finishes – are tailored to specific material flow requirements and gate vestige specifications.
