Precision Manufacturing Process Control

- Each CNC, EDM, and grinding operation is checked by our technicians, with machining accuracy reaching ±0.005mm for CNC and ±0.001mm for EDM.
- We run first article and in-process inspections to catch any issues before they move further down the line.

Inspection & Verification Capability
- Every mold and part we deliver goes through a complete inspection process — we never skip the details.
- Our QC team uses CMM, projectors, hardness testers, and roughness meters to make sure every dimension and surface meets the design requirements.
- Before shipment, you’ll receive a full inspection report, including dimensional data, photos, and trial videos.

Mold Trial, Product Inspection & Packaging
- Before a mold leaves our factory, it goes through a complete trial process to make sure it performs exactly as designed.
