Quick-turn Injection Mold Fabrication

Quick-turn Injection Mold Fabrication

“Quick-turn Injection Mold Fabrication” refers to the accelerated production of high-quality injection molds with significantly reduced lead times—often within days or weeks instead of months. This approach leverages advanced technologies like high-speed CNC machining, 3D printing (for prototype molds), and EDM to rapidly produce molds while maintaining precision and durability. Quick-turn fabrication is ideal for prototyping, low-volume production, or urgent manufacturing needs, enabling companies to test designs, iterate faster, and bring products to market more efficiently.

By optimizing design-for-manufacturability (DFM), using pre-hardened steels or aluminum molds, and streamlining production workflows, manufacturers can achieve cost-effective, high-speed mold fabrication without sacrificing quality—perfect for industries like medical devices, automotive, and consumer electronics where speed-to-market is critical.

Advanced Machining Equipment

  • Equipped with advanced machines and highly skilled machinists, the CNC machining department transforms raw materials into precision mold components, ensuring each piece meets strict quality standards from programming to inspection.
  • EDM processing enables the precise shaping of complex mold parts through controlled electrical discharge, allowing us to manufacture injection molds with intricate geometries.
  • We use precision grinding machines to achieve tight tolerances and fine surface finishes, ensuring mold parts meet strict standards.

Visit our FAQ center for more questions.

What is the minimum/maximum part size you can process?

Our CNC milling capacity can reach 800mm × 500mm × 400mm, turning maximum diameter Ø600mm, and micro parts can be processed to Ø0.1mm (such as medical probes). The specific needs to be evaluated based on the drawing.

What is the highest precision you can achieve in processing?

Standard accuracy ±0.01mm, high-precision items (such as aerospace seals) can reach ±0.002mm, surface roughness Ra 0.2μm (mirror polishing).

Can you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Of course, we support customized NDA to protect customer IP and drawing security.
