Kehui Work Process
Our Cooperation Work Process Details
1. Inquiry – Send Us Your Ideas & Requirements
You only need to share what you have — it can be 3D files, 2D drawings, or even a physical sample.
If you are not sure about materials or structure, don’t worry. Our engineers will guide you through it.
What we usually ask for:
-
3D/2D drawings
-
Material & surface requirement
-
Expected annual quantity
-
Any special function or tolerance requirement
From here, we help you evaluate the feasibility of your project.
2. Quotation – Clear Solutions With No Hidden Costs
Based on your files, we prepare a complete quotation that is easy to understand, even if this is your first mold project.
You will receive:
-
Recommended mold structure
-
Lead time for each stage
-
Total mold cost + optional injection molding price
-
Any technical risks we foresee
We explain everything clearly so you know exactly what you are paying for.
3. Business Talk – Align Expectations Together
At this stage, we discuss details together through email or video call:
-
Technical requirements
-
Payment terms
-
Shipping arrangement
-
Project timeline
-
Communication method
We make sure everything is aligned before the project starts.
4. Project Kick-off – Your Project Manager Takes Over
Once we receive the PO/PI/Contract, we start the project immediately.
You will have a dedicated project manager and salesman, so you always know who to talk to.
We provide:
-
A detailed project schedule
-
Weekly communication plan
-
A single contact window for all questions
This makes remote cooperation easy and stress-free.
5. Design Stage – Turning Your Product Into a Real Mold Plan
Before any machining begins, we ensure the design is 100% correct.
You will receive:
• DFM report – showing potential issues and suggestions
• Mold-flow analysis – predicting filling, cooling, warpage
• Full 2D/3D mold design + BOM
We walk you through all details, and we don’t start steel cutting until you approve everything.
6. Tooling Manufacturing – Your Ideal will become Reality
During manufacturing, you don’t need to ask for updates — we automatically send them.
Every week, you will receive a progress report including:
- Pictures or videos
- Current machining steps
- Upcoming work
- Any challenges and our solutions
This helps you feel connected even if you are thousands of miles away.
7. Mold Trial – See Your Parts for the First Time
When the mold is ready, we run the first trial (T0/T1).
You will receive:
- Trial samples
- High-quality mold trial video
- Injection parameters
- Trial report with improvement suggestions
This is the exciting moment when your product becomes real.
8. Quality Planning – Making Sure Everything Is Right
After modifications and optimization, we prepare all quality documents:
-
FAI (First Article Inspection) with CMM results
-
PPAP (if required)
-
Appearance & dimensional reports
We make sure the parts fully meet your requirements before final approval.
9. Customer Confirmation – You Approve, We Move Forward
You check the samples and documents.
We can discuss feedback via a call, meeting, or email — whatever you prefer.
Once you are satisfied, we prepare the mold for shipment or move to production.
10. Production Start-Up / Packing & Shipping – Smooth, Safe, On-Time
Depending on your need:
If you want the mold shipped to your factory:
- Final inspection
